About Sue H Gibson

A Native, born in Pickens County. I know the area like the back of my hand.   In Real Estate since 1969, worked with builders and Charter Realtors, who not only taught me real estate, but ethics and morals that last a lifetime. I am a member of the (Western Upstate MLS) Western Upstate Association of Realtors. From 1972 through 2003, I’ve was a member of Tri County Board of Realtors, served on committees, both local and state Board of Directors, held several officers including President in 1980. I was selected Associate Realtor of the Year (way back then) and Realtors of the Year in 1980. Most of my business comes from personal referrals – from past clients, friends, other Realtors & business affiliates. I provide professional representation to both buyers and sellers. From 1972 through 2003, I’ve was a member of Tri County Board of Realtors, then joined Anderson Association of Realtors, which covers the Upstate of South Carolina and Upstate Multiple Listing Service.I also belong to South Carolina Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Western Upstate Multiple Listing Service & other referral organizations. Additionally, I am a Charter and Life Member of the Million Dollar Club.
